These are the terms for using Ganja Fight Club — the website at ganjafightclub.com and the Ganja Fight Club mobile app (together, “the Club”). By creating an account or using the Club you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use it. They’re written to be read, not skimmed, so they’re short.

1. Who can join

You must be 21 or older. We ask your date of birth at signup and we will remove accounts that turn out to belong to anyone under 21.
The Club is invite only. You need a valid invitation code from an existing member. Invitations are personal; don’t post them publicly.
One account per person. Use your real date of birth and a working email — we verify it.
Cannabis law is different everywhere. You are responsible for knowing and following the law where you are. Using the Club is not a licence to do anything your local law prohibits, and we do not give legal advice.

2. Membership and payment

There are two paid tiers: Member (US$5) and Top Shelf (US$25). Both are one-time payments for lifetime access to the Club as it exists and evolves. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.
“Lifetime” means as long as the Club operates and your account is in good standing. If the Club closes, membership ends with it.
Payments are handled by the payment methods offered at checkout, including the Club wallet. [OWNER: confirm which processors are live — Stripe and PayPal are currently not configured — and add their names here.] We never see or store your full card details.
Because access is granted immediately, payments are not refundable except where the law where you live requires a refund, or where we made a mistake.
Tier limits (for example, how many grow logs a Member can keep) are shown in the app and may change. We won’t reduce what a paid tier already includes without telling you.

3. Your content

You own what you post: photos, grow logs, reviews, strain entries, messages, everything.
By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute that content inside the Club so other members can see it, and to make the copies needed to run the service (backups, thumbnails, caching). We will not sell your content or use it in advertising.
If you delete content, we stop showing it. Copies may persist in backups for a limited time and in other members’ messages or quotes.
Only post what you have the right to post. If it isn’t your photo or your text, get permission first.
Strain entries and reviews are contributions to the Club’s registry. You may be credited as the person who entered or bred a strain. Lineage and verification are the Club’s editorial calls — we may verify, correct, merge, or reject entries.

4. What you can’t do here

This is the part that matters most. Breaking it gets you removed without a refund.

No buying, selling, trading, or arranging the transfer of cannabis, cannabis products, seeds, clones, extracts, or any controlled substance — anywhere on the Club, including the marketplace, messages, comments, and event listings. The Club is a place to record and discuss the plant, not to move it.
No content involving anyone under 21.
No harassment, threats, doxxing, or posting anyone’s personal information.
No impersonating another member, breeder, or brand. Don’t rename someone else’s cut and claim it.
No spam, no affiliate links, no scraping, no bots, no automated access.
No attempts to break the service, access other accounts, or get around tier limits.
No medical claims presented as fact. Reviews are opinion. Nothing here is medical advice.

5. Events and competitions

Event tickets, booth reservations, and competition entries are governed by the rules published for that event. Those rules add to these terms.
Judging is at the discretion of the Club and its judges. Decisions are final.
Entering a competition means confirming that the entry is yours and that possessing and presenting it is legal where the event takes place.

6. Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. That removes your profile and your content from public view.
We can suspend or remove any account that breaks these terms, the law, or the spirit of the Club, with or without warning. Serious breaches (Section 4) mean immediate removal and no refund.
We can change or shut down features, or the Club itself. If the Club closes, we’ll give reasonable notice where we can and let you export what’s yours.

7. Disclaimers

The Club is provided as is. We don’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything you can’t afford to lose.
Content is posted by members. We don’t verify that it is accurate, safe, or legal, and we aren’t responsible for it. Strain data, grow advice, and effects are members’ experiences, not facts.
We are not responsible for what happens because of anything you read or do based on the Club.

8. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from the Club is limited to the amount you paid us for your membership. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost data or lost profits. Some places don’t allow these limits; where that’s the case, they apply only as far as the law permits.

9. You cover us

If your content or your use of the Club causes a claim against us — for example, you posted something you didn’t have the right to post, or you used the Club to do something illegal — you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.

10. Governing law

11. Changes to these terms

We’ll update these when we need to. Material changes get a notice in the Club before they take effect. Continuing to use the Club after that means you accept the new version.
